• J Brothers Yacht Sales LLC is a licensed yacht brokerage in the state of Florida, operating as an intermediary between yacht buyers and sellers.

• All vessel listings, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.

• Availability of any vessel is subject to prior sale, withdrawal from the market, or change in terms without notice.

• Any purchase or sale of a vessel will be subject to a separate written agreement between the parties, which shall control over any information provided on the Site.
   

3. Information on the Site

• The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.

• While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant or guarantee that any information, specifications, or photographs are complete, accurate, or up to date.

• Vessel measurements, hours, conditions, and other specifications are provided by sellers and should be independently verified by buyers.
   

4. No Guarantee of Results

Your use of the Site or engagement with our brokerage does not guarantee any particular outcome, sale price, or transaction success. All vessel sales involve inherent risks and variables outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or expense arising from any vessel purchase, sale, or listing

8. Return Policy

All vessel sales are considered final and are sold strictly “as-is.” A detailed Purchase Agreement and Billing Statement will be provided prior to closing for your review and acknowledgement. Once a vessel has been accepted by the buyer and delivered, the sale is complete and no returns or cancellations will be accepted.
